why is my vcore going above my manual override?

i set my vcore to 1.380v but it is going up to 1.408v. why is this occuring? i have it set in manual mode, i understand why it may drop but i dont understand why it will jump. What sort of setting in my bios can i do to make sure it dosent exceed 1.30v

Do you have your LLC set to a very high level? If you do that can cause your voltage to overshoot, particularly in situations where not a lot of current is being pushed through the CPU.

yea ive been playing around with the different levels. ive decided to bump my voltage at 1.392 with a LLC of level 5. I think this should be ok. it hasnt been jumping but it does drop a bit to 1.372 at times witch isnt stable for my 5ghz oc i might give level 6 a try
