Why is my windows file so big?

I installed windows 7 ultiamte on my ssd and its now 39.2 Gb. Is there anyway to make it way smaller cause i feel like it shouldnt be this big.

delete hyberfil.sys file-- lower page file and turn off system restore

the more ram you have the bigger those first two files are
