I have had it for a little over a year (out of warrenty) and It's been humming on and off, but now it does the entire time. Doesn't matter if I change speakers or use the headphone jack, just doesn't stop.

Any ideas?

Is the hum coming through the speakers or from the AVR itself? Sometimes a hum or buzz is known as a ground-loop issue with a component, but must be troubleshot firstly before calling it that. See below for some tips...

Take a look at the age/condition/connectivity of connection wiring to/from your speakers and other AV/audio components to the AVR. It is plausible that bad wiring/connection(s) can cause this issue, although rare and is the easiest step (first).

If everything looks good with wiring/cabling, have you disconnected ALL devices (TV, BR, CD, to include ALL speakers) and moved/plugged the AVR into another A/C outlet? This will isolate the AVR and help identify that the hum is definitely internal to the AVR and may...

If everything looks good with wiring/cabling, have you disconnected ALL devices (TV, BR, CD, to include ALL speakers) and moved/plugged the AVR into another A/C outlet? This will isolate the AVR and help identify that the hum is definitely internal to the AVR and may require repair.

If the hum stops then your AVR would appear to be not the root-cause of the hum.

If you are plugging the AVR into a power-strip along with other A/C devices (BR, TV, CD, etc.), try plugging the AVR into the wall directly, away from the other devices and see if the hum stops.

You may also look into what's called a "power-conditioner" for your AVR if outlet access is an issue, which are very good for preventing power/voltage fluctuations and "noise" with power to electrical components. Here is a link to some examples: https://ehomerecordingstudio.com/power-conditioner-reviews/

EDIT: As a note, try doing a search on your Yammie receiver model number as well, to see if other owners have encountered this issue... Some AVR/Receiver models are more susceptible to certain issues/failures as to others and may even have recalls for FREE repairs from the manufacturer, due to faulty parts/manufacturing. It's worth a look!
