Hey guys im getting kinda confused about the prices the newer cards get now.
with the release of the Pascal Gtx 1080 we could have atleast seen the prices of the 980Ti stay the same or drop a little? but why are they getting more expensive everyday?

a month ago i could buy 1 brand new for 580 euro (Eu Netherlands) but im waiting till summer
now i checked back last week and i rose again to 669 euro, i kinda think that the 580 was a temporary action of some sort (kinda ridiculous diffrent) now i checked it again today and now its at a whopping 714 euro?!? can someone explain this Nvidia logic to me?

Solution
funny thing now is that hybrid card sell cheaper at evga then at newegg now they went back to 735 price last night ??

thing is NVidia cant drop the 900 card price much cause guys like me would just as well have a 980 it over the new 1000 cards anyway doing so all that price drop would do is hurt 1000 card sales so I really don't see anything more then 50 bucks or so knocked off any 900 card [NVidia aint stupid and been doing this for some time now ] they just assume pull the 900 cards from the market then give you a good deal on a 900 when they really want you to buy there latest cards at full marked up prices [ win-win for them ]

i see, so they only trust there products up to 3 years. and even in that case its still ridiculous short, even decent PSU gets you 8-10 years standard. you pay the jackpot for a top of the line product and get a sloppy amount of warranty. hell, i think ive got some usb sticks with longer warranty xD
