Question Why is the Scorpion M513 stuck on finding the device?

I bought M513 gaming mouse and I just downloaded the Scoprion software from the marvo-tech website, but whenever i launch the file M513.exe (Scorpion software), it get stuck on finding the device although the mouse is connected and shown on the computer (in the device manager and also in the Devices & Printers).

Which OS are you running?
Tried plugging it into a usb2 port?
installed your motherboards chipset and usb drivers?

I checked and it said that the os running is 64-bit, x64 processor.
I also tries all the usb ports and i faced the same issue.
lastly, I actually don't know, I think it was already installed when i got the computer. How can i check anyways?
