Why is this happening?

Hey everyone i just upgraded to windows 10 three days ago and everything was working good. today i noticed that my ram was being used at %99 when i only have a few programs open and one game. when i close every program and game. my computer is still using around 4.5gb out of my 8gb. does anyone know why this is happening? or could it just be a bug with windows 10 since its new? thanks for the help

Try starting clean and use the rig for awhile without running H1Z1, have heard something about a memory leak, also check and make sure you have a page file set up
