Hi everyone, is my first time posting thread here hope that someone can solve my problem. I've been having random shutdown & auto restart while idle/normal browsing/watch video but it wont happen while gaming. When the black screen random shutdown happened my pc cooling fan and RGB still power on and after few seconds my PC will auto restart. Since my PC is newly build and most of my parts all under warranty I already RMA most of them (GPU, PSU, Ram, MOBO) but the problem still cant be solved. The technicians had tried to swap other processor during troubleshooting but it wont solve the problem so I guess processsor is not the cause. And ya had tried multiple times reinstall window, clean install nvidia drivers with DDU and update BIOS it still wont solve the issue. Is it possible my incoming current is unstable and might cause this issue?

I had checked windows minidump file and it shows I faced the error: Video_TDR_Failure (116) Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed

Debugging Details: Unable to load image nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys

Here's my minidump file:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eiPcbG_wrLYOakmDS7Ev5L1Jkgl6MGGW/view?usp=drive_link

Here's my pc spec:
GPU: MSI Geforce RTX 4060 TI Ventus 2X Black 16G OC
Mobo: MSI MAG X870 Tomahawk Wifi
Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB (2X16GB) DDR5 CMH32GX5M2E6000Z36
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 Evo
SSD: WD Blue SN570 1TB (system drive)
WD Black SN770 2TB
Gigabyte 480GB Sata SSD
HDD: WD10EZEX Caviar Blue 1TB 64MB
Chassis: NZXT H510i
OS: Windows 11 Home 23H2
Monitor: Acer Nitro XV272UP
Soundcard: Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (3rd Gen) connected with usb
Speaker: Edifier R1700BT connected to focusrite soundcard
PSU: Corsair RM850X
Not sure how to check the age of PSU since I checked the box serial number it doesnt show pattern of the date. Only bought the PSU 1 month ago and it is ATX3.1.
BIOS version: 7E51v1A40

The OS installer I nt sure where the technicians get but they did informed me they copy the installer to USB and install in offline mode (oh ya while Im trying to reinstall windows myself, I did download the installer from UUP dump). For graphic drivers, I had tried opening the driver installer that downloaded from Nvidia official website but seems like under safe mode/offline mode it wont able to run it.

Hope any expert here may help and solve my problem. Thank You in advance and god bless.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

my PC is newly build
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

And ya had tried multiple times reinstall window
Where did you source the installer for the OS? Did you install the in offline mode? Manually installing all drivers in an elevated command, while in offline mode?

Hope any expert here may help and solve my problem. Thank You in advance and god bless.
You will need to either host your files on a site akin to DropBox or remove the need for adding our email address/personal credentials to gain access to that Google drive.

Hi Sir, I had updated my post hope the info provided is sufficient. And i had amend my google drive, you should be able to access my file for now. Thanks in advance

Why are you downloading the install file from there and not directly from Microsoft?
For that time I did some research and found that Windows 11 24H2 has a lot of unstable issue while 23H2 are way more stable and Microsoft already removed 23H2 installer from their website so I try to get my windows back to 23H2. Therefore I checked some videos from some tech youtubers and found the link on their description.
This is the video that I watched:

UUP dump is NOT an authorized download site for anything Microsoft. At this point you are attempting to run a pirated copy of Windows, and therefore not eligible for support from these forums. Obtain a proper installation image directly from Microsoft and try again.
I see, I will try this later thank you all for the clarification. And may I know from the minidump file is there any findings that you guys able to find?
