May be:

your hardware is not compatible,​

BIOS level is not compatible with cpu,​

hardware is improperly installed/improperly connected,​

hardware is broken.​

Since you haven't shared any specs of your system, we can't even check compatibility.
Since you haven't shared any photos of your system, we can't check, if it is connected properly.
