why my graphic card asus gtx750 ti oc is not working?

My PC space.......Motherboard -intel DH61ww, power supplyer-iball psy255,prOcesser- i5 3330 3.0-3.2gh,gpu-Asus gtx 750 ti oc,hard disk-500gb sata....my question is when i buy this gpu and install it not working there red light on and cooling fans are running but no disply any thing. I think it problem my power supply....... M i right. Suggestions some idea. Thanx

Your right, it's your PSU. Not only is it a poor quality brand (and that's being kind), it only pushes out 255-watts on a good day, nowhere near enough watts, and nowhere near enough amps on the 12v rail.

You run the risk of destroying your shiny new 750 trying to run it off a totally inadequate power supply.

To be on the safe side you need a 400w Seasonic, Corsair or Antec PSU.
