Question Why my Graphics Card fans runing 100% randomly

I just bought a new graphic card (rx580 8gb, Aourus), i deleted my old nvidia graphic card drivers and putted in my new, but when i turn on my pc, graphic card starts to run at 100% and my keyboard and mouse don't work and black screen on my monitor and i can't do anything, i can't install new drivers because nothing works.


I would take any help from you.

First check if the video card needs additional power from the PSU. If its not that. You will need to try the GPU on other system, to make sure if you didnt damage your motherboard while removing the old GPU. If the GPU is working on other system ( friends pc or so ) then you probably damaged your motherboard. It happends some times and its rly bad bcs your PCI slot is broken and you need to buy a new mobo. But check it out first.

I tried to put back my old graphics card and it works perfectly, but i'm gonna try what you suggest.
