Question why my intel DH61WW is not booting when i install graphic card.

my board is not booting with 1gb or 4 gb gaphic card, it seems like the pc is on but there is no display and no power to keyboard and mouse and when put out the card it runs properly and it also runs properly with 256mb graphic card
