[SOLVED] Why my keyboard is spamming when i hold the button?

I use the Genesis Rhod 110, no rgb, classic membrane keyboard, but as the title y'know, my keyboard is spamming when holding, help :c

Keyboard keys are supposed to do that --- just don't keep the key pressed if you don't want it to repeat.

Are we missing some info or is that it? If you just mean it is entering more than one (for example) 'G's when you hold down the 'G' key, or is there something else that isn't supposed to happen?

And remember that you can control those keyboard functions:

Use "WIN" + "R" (press the keys together) to open the "Run" box/window.

In Open type "Control keyboard".

A window should open that allows you to customize Repeat delay and Repeat rate.

We really need more information to be able to help. If it isn't like what a normal keyboard does, then what is it like?

Normally it holds, but my keyboard is spamming not holding the key.

I have 6 keyboards saved as HID, and i dont know what one is my keyboard

You are seeing the 6 HID keyboards by using Device Manager - correct?

Just right-click each keyboard and then select properties.

Check the tabs and look for some reference to Genesis or Rhod. Anything that will match to the keyboard.

You could also just disable or uninstall them all and reboot. Use the built in Windows keyboard drives to begin with.

(Note: Probably safer to disable than uninstall unless the driver is clearly for a keyboard you no longer have or use. You can always go back and uninstall the unneeded drivers later.)

Then go to the Genesis-Support website to manually download the applicable keyboard drivers.

Reinstall and reconfigure the keyboard driver.
