Question Why my laptop can't connect to my earphone?

My laptop is hp 245 g7, for some reason when I want to connect it to my bluetooth earphone I can't, sometimes it say that I must press agree if this pin code is the same (it think my earphone is mobile and send pin to it I must by somhow confirm it and agree to connection using my earphone) and sometimes it identifie it as earphone but every time I try to connect to it still that I can't. Do anyone know why that happen?

List all connected peripherals.

Make and model earphones?

If a PIN is required then you must provide that PIN in order to make the connection.

And if you do not have a PIN then you must go through the applicable recovery process per the hardware and software being used.

Generally doing so requires you to contact the manufacturer(s) involved and/or go to some account and initiate the recovery procedure.

the only bluetooth connection related issue we can point to is:
open event viewer, look up in windows logs -> system events, click through bluetooth related events to see why connection failed
