[SOLVED] Why my MSI GS66 perform worse than my 5 YO PC?

Bought MSI GS66 at $1700
Can't even play rocket league without looking like a PS1 graphic quality.

I updated everything.

Can't you change the graphics settings in the game? That laptop should be running this game like butter.

Is it plugged in? Hi res on battery never works.
All power options to performance, bloatware shut down, drivers up to date and no yellow check marks in device mgr?
XMp turned on? using HDMI ?
