i decided to upgrade my old pc with nvme ssd. i cheked my motherboard's manual after i learn if i buy nvme ssd, i only use it with pcie 2.0 x4. so i buy adapter and ssd. after all this i cant boot my pc from nvme ssd then i moded my bios.

So there is my question: why my ssd's iops too low and why is there a discrepancy between these benchmark programs?
SSD: 250GB A2000 PCIe NVMe SA2000M8/250G SSD
GPU: Sapphire AMD HD 7850 1GB
Ram: 1600mhz Gskill DDR3 CL9
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-6200
Psu: Thermaltake Litepower 700W
My ssd specification: 2000mb/s read - 1100 mb/s write / 4k random iops read:150k - write:180k on the paper.
