Question Why my pc is restarting again and again?

I have assembled new pc. (Configration given below.) But it is restarting again and again. After an hour or right after starting it or after 2 days i mean anytime. I have replaced its motherboard, Graphiccard, Power supply, SSD and Ram. I changed RAM from corsair to G.Skill. But the problem is same. Pls help me what should I do?


Mother board: Z390 aorus pro wifi- Gigabyte.
Graphic card: Asus Geforce GTX 1060 6 gb Dual-fan OC.
Poer Supply: Cooler Master MWE white 650- 230 v
Processor: i7-9700k
Ram: G.Skill 16 gb (8x2) DDR 4, 3000 mgh
SSD: WD 480 gb
Harddisk:1 tb seagate
