[SOLVED] Why my screen becomes gray when opening Netflix?

When I open netflix dot com, my screen becomes gray. To fix it I turn off the monitor and then turn it on again. Also tried Netflix Windows App but still the same error happens when the app starts. What is the reason? The monitor, the graphics card or else?

Do you have HDR or some other feature set ?
What browser does this happen with ? Does it happen in windowed mode or only full screen ?

Netflix is checking your video capabilities so its most likely a graphics driver compatibility problem.

I think I found the reason. I was using an old DVI cable with my monitor. Now instead of DVI, I connected the original Display Port cable that came in the package with my Asus monitor. Then the problem is gone. Lesson learned, always use quality products.
