[SOLVED] why such low fps?

hello i have a amd radeon rx 5700 xt 50th anniversary edition along with a i9 48 gbs of ddr4 3200 ghz or ram a ssd and 4 hard driver also a secondary gpu radeon rx vega water cooled with 6 case fans and im ONLY getting 32 fps on fortnite i have the cap on 240 but when i play a video in the back ground it runs 240 straight help!!

Have a go at downloading RadeonMod there should be a profile for fortnite that you can customize the fps.
