Question why task manager show high downloading speed but but i don't getting that much speed?

My task manager shows 10mb/s downloading speed but in chrome (1mbps) and other software shows different speed even speed test shows constant 10mbps downloading speed.
additionally, my uploading speed isn't that good. not even 1mbps.

This could be caused by several things. First being windows update. Maybe the site you are downloading from has a limit. What's using the internet in task manager?

actually in ethernet section of the task manager.
I have currently been using window 8.1, I will be updating soon to window 10.
okay if its issue of the site so, I tried in torrent there is same speed 1Mbps.

Task manager shows transfer speeds in kbps or Mbps - MegaBITS per second

Chrome shows download speeds in MB/s - MegaBYTES per second

There are 8 megabits per megabyte. So 10 Mbps = 1.25 MB/s. The speeds you're seeing in Chrome and task manager are the same.
