Why this GPU is so CHEAP?

hi guys well i'm just looking for a new GPU and i think gtx 1060 6gb is enough for me anyway, I saw the price of this Zotac GTX 1060 AMP! 6gb and the Palit Gtx 1060 Jetstream 6gb and I found it so cheap than the other gpu...I want to know why these gpu are so cheap?

I live here in the Philippines and I saw the prices and the price of zotac amp here is around 13000php and the jetstream is around 13000php also and the other gpu like asus msi gigabyte are around 16000php

The Zotac AMP! is higher clocked but it's no biggie since you can overclock them. That being said all of them have around the same performance and if anything is a bit better than that performance can be achieved by overclocking. Just go for whatever is cheapest.
