why wont my cpu use all 4 cores

hi guys, done the regedit thing and changed it in the bios but my i7 7700k is still online using 2 cores 4 threads ????


help please

When doing what? The software needs to be designed to use more than 4 threads.

i am rather experienced in pc building just assumed you guys would understand the " regedit thing" which yous did ( i really couldnt be bothered to explain at the time ) anyyyyways its not a changed mb and cpu and expect it to work and even if it was, that would normally work ? it has worked many times for me

also im not searching youtube on how to get more fps my 1080ti along side my 7700k does the job
