Why won't my windows 365 boot up

When I boot up my computer it let's me sign in just fine. But when I sign in my computer just goes black, if I hit "ctrl+alt+del" the task screen comes in but my windows won't show up? Do I have a virus and how do I fix it?

Try Control Shift and Escape to get the Task Manager and if explorer.exe isn't in the list of running Processes, click File>New Task (Run), type explorer..exe and hit Enter.
