Why wont my xp disc install network

my xp disc stops half way thru installing network it goes to 31 % and stops changed hard drives memory and even xp disc same problem

Try disabling your network adapter in the BIOS, install XP, then re-enable the network adapter and let the new hardware wizard install the network.

Get a new version of Windows XP I think your CD is now of no use.
