Why wont vista install

Hello,
i have recently wiped my hard drive as it had been running since i bought the computer 4 years ago. Computer has been upgraded since i bought it so quite up to date. i put in the vista recovery disk formatted the drive then tried to reinstall vista. Installation went right through up until the completing installation is highlighted and then nothing else happens it just seems like it gets stuck on that part. Not sure why it wont finish the setup.

The Hard Drive contains Setup Log files for various Installation Phases, but you need a means of getting to them to view them.
