Hello!

I am having a lot of problems with the wi-fi connection on my acer nitro 5 AN515-45 laptop. It seems that once every 30-60 minutes i keep disconnecting from the wi-fi and the only way to reconnect is to restart the laptop. I have tried troubleshooting the problem and it said that Gateway can't be found, afterwards the wi-fi came back but only for like 5-10 minutes. The network device is MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 card and the drivers are up to date according to device manager. There is no problem with my router as all my other devices work fine (laptops and phones).

Should I delete the driver and install it back? Please help :)

On the laptop:

First, verify that only the wi-fi network adapter is enabled. The wired network adapter should be disabled.

Second, reinstall the drivers.

Third, disable IPv6.

If the disconnects continue, run "ipconfig /all" without quotes via the Command Prompt. Post the results.

You should be able to copy and paste the results without needing to retype everything.
