WI FI IP Camera connection with alp top without any router

i have purcahsed one of Jovision H 210 wireless Ip camera
i want to connect my camera with my lap top Dell 610 without any wi fi router
i need to understand that how will this camera connect to my computer without any LAN wire connection.
