wi fi works only at home

Hello!
Maybe someone could give me some advice.
At beginning my laptop found many wi fi connections and i can connecting to anyone (of course if i know the password ) but now my laptop found many wi fi connections, but it`s connecting only to my home router.
When i try connecting to other wi fi, then nothing happens, don`t ask even a password.
maybe someone know, why my computer found wi fi connections (even iphone hotspot), but won`t let me connecting to it.

Try forgetting all connections you currently have, check the laptop vendor for an updated BIOS and driver for the wireless card and make sure you have Windows updates ran.
