yes, you can. But it's a mismatch with the CPU, which will bottleneck your GPU. It will work though. So when you get your new system, you will see a huge increase in performance from both the new CPU, and the 1070/ti which will no longer be bottle necked by the CPU.

Yeah, that's true, it is more powerful. But by a margin of 10% approx game dependant. So that bring it back to price. If the cost is close, and only a 50 bucks difference I'd say take the 1070ti. If the difference is much more than that it's not worth the cost.

It also depends on the resolution the OP is gaming at. If it's 1080p 60hz having the extra 10% performance of the 1070ti will have no difference at all, other than benchmark results and fraps/OSD FPS rates.

On the other hand, if the OP has a 1080p 144hz monitor or above, like 1440p then the difference will get bigger, and the better performance will be from the 1070ti. But at 100fps with a 1070 or 110 fps with a 1070ti, will you notice the difference? Probably not!

To the OP, i'd suggest listing your current PC specs in detail. That way we can advise better if it's a good fit with your PC.
CPU, RAM, Mobo, PSU, Monitor resolution etc

My system is Asus M5A78L-M LX3 Amd 760g a cpu amd fx 8370e ram ddr3 1600 for now I wanna use one of the graphics card I mentioned here to the system I have now temporarily until I get new system

1070Ti is better; better performance. Personally I wouldn't pair either of those with an 8370; you'll most likely not get the maximum performance out of either card with that CPU. A GTX 1060 or RX470/570 would be a better pairing. What PSU do you have?

Smart rgb 600w as I say this system I have now it’s temporary because I will AMD Ryzen 7 1800x ddr4 2400 MSI Motherboard »B350M PRO-VDH« I’ll get it soon so I need a graphics card that work for this system I have right and next one

Well; I'm not sure what your budget or resolution is, but a GTX 1070 is plenty for 1080p/Ultra and does pretty well @1440p Ultra/Very High. 1070Ti is better performance, but the performance difference averages around 8.5 FPS @1080p and 7FPS @1440p: https://www.pcgamer.com/geforce-gtx-1070-ti-review/ . You most likely won't notice the difference between the two. If budget is a concern then I'd go for the 1070, slightly less performance for cheaper. If you have a bigger budget, then I'd skip straight to the GTX 1080.

Yes. If it was me I would get the 1070 and save $$. Or wait until you have the money for everything; at that point the 1100 series might have come out and you could have more powerful options for the same price as the 1070/1070Ti are selling for now.
