It really depends on what your are doing with the CPU as to which is better. But in general, Sandy Bridge is getting kinda old and I would not want to go that route in 2018. So I would probably go with the 7500.

For gaming, the 7500 will be a little better. For most other things the Hyper threaded I7 will give a little more in muli threaded apps. Even still the 2600 isn't that far behind. Game dependent it comes down to just a few fps difference most of the time, with one or two exceptions.
