hello guys! the thing is im planning to upgrade to an i7 8700k -ASrock z370 extreme ( maybe z390 if this motherboard went out stock) and im very confusing about wich RAM fit better with it , i had 3 options ( maybe more if somebody can tell me):

Corsair Vengaence pro 16gb 3200mhz ddr4
Gskill ripjaws series V 3200mhz ddr4
Corsair LPX 3200mhz ddr4
Gskill trident-z 3200mhz ddr4
Hyperx predator 3200mhz ddr4

i've been reading and some people said there's a few problem with this motherboard setting this ram on 3200 mhz but i dont really know 2 much about it..

hope u guys can help me !! thanksssssssss

If you're using an Intel processor and the motherboard doesn't support those speeds, then why would you want RAM that fast? 2400-2666MHz would be a better option for an Intel chip. No point in wasting money.

mobo indeed supports those ram, mention about the mistake of the 3200 just in case someone understood more about the error, maybe I planted it wrong.
on your opinion wich one of those ram are better and safer?

Personally, I'd go with the Trident Z sticks, but in the end, it just depends on which aesthetics you like more and what you're willing to spend on them.
