Wich motherboards would work on my computer

Hello, i have an acer m5100 pc with an broken motherboard wich is
Acer Aspire M5100 RS690M03 Motherboard series MB.S8709.003 so i want to get a new motherboard but i dont want a motherboard as the original one i want a better and a newer one THAT would work on my computer. so wich motherboards would work ?

Upgrading that system is not economically viable anymore. The parts are too out of date. Changing the MB would mean also changing other components, and before long you are getting close to replacing most of the system.

I recommend donating the computer to goodwill or other charitable org. and just buying a new computer.

hes right theres no sense in trying to update that computer especially sence the maxium ram capacity is 4gb and for ddr2 these days are rediculous and i also notice that you decided to just upgrade the motherbroad its a decent idea but you save less time and money just getting a new whole system because most factory computers cant be adapted to other products and you will be able to choose your own case design
