Wich option may I chose for storage!

I need to use 8+ HDDs of 4TB. And I am thinking on a mobo with 8+ sata 6gb ports?
wich brand do you recomend me? There are some ASrock mobos with 8/10 sata ports,

or should I get some HDD case with capacity for 8 or more?

What purpose? consider DAS (direct attached storage), consider a raid card so that you are mobo independent (doesn't have to actually use raid).

the purpose is just media storage: a lot of movies, videogames...

split that into video games and movies and put the movies on a NAS on Gigabit internet (plenty fast enough for that), and keep the games local as speed is beneficial. Also with the NAS you'll get other benefits like being able to back up your gaming rig.
