widows 8.1 reinstall

hey everyone , i want to delete my windows 8.1 and install it again . can i do it without losing any data

Can't you download languages pack in windows update?

However, as said above...for a laptop bought in Russia, with the OS preinstalled...I'd consider a whole new OS, that I know is valid.

You may be able to download them - Im not sure how Win 8 works with this. e.g Win 7 you had to have ultimate to do that.....
