I recently got an extra stick of RAM, a 750Ti and i3 4160 as an upgrade to my g3220 and r7 240. There have been some issues that i am facing now after upgrading:
1. Random restarts (Often before login and after posting)
2. And now this weird login screen issue which wont let me even go past it

When it does boot into windows correctly theres no issues after that. But it takes 2-3 tries to get it working and now it seems it just wont work. :/

Help me diagnose this please 🙁

Lets have some more details of your hardware such as motherboard etc. Also I'm not sure about this but I wonder if windows didn't like all the changes made to it? The GPU shouldn't be an issue however the RAM could potentially be since it's always good to buy memory in kits due to compatibility reasons. Then there's the CPU... I don't know if Windows is having an issue because you replaced the CPU after it's been installed and running on a different one. The architecture is different but also the way the system uses the CPU will be different also. You'll need to keep an open mind about this and possibly consider a reinstall of windows as a possible work around.

Core i3 4160 3.6Ghz
MSI H81M-P33
8 GB RAM(4GB Apacer + 4GB Corsair ValueSelect)
ZOTAC GTX 750Ti 2GB
Western Digital Blue 1TB
Seasonic ECO 400W

Also it wont go past the windows logo screen with igpu and will do a restart loop.
If i manage to get it into windows from that screen using my 750ti then the desktop is missing time start button wont work etc nvidia ctrl panel is available though.

I'm sure it would be a last option but have you considered reinstalling windows? If you have your stuff backed up that might be the only option or you can try using the windows repair feature and choose to install windows over top itself. This would allow you to reinstall windows without losing any of your files.
