Hi, I have the roccat kave 5.1 headset and it worked very well for the past 3 months.
I switched my motherboard from gigabyte 990xa ud3 to Asrock 990fx extreme 9 just a few days ago and since then my headphones have some weird buzzing noise coming from then(can ear it only when thier on my head), I tried to reinstall my realtek audio driver and even changed to another one but it doesn't seem to be the case and I don't know how to fix this, btw I don't think somthing happened to them because they worked just fine before I switched my mobo.

Solution
Hi
That sounds like EMI,normally caused by coils in the GPU or the PSU however in this case it is obviously being caused by motherboard components.
Pretty much the only way to solve this would be to get a good sound card.
electrical interference perhaps?

maybe the new motherboard has something wrong with the onboard audio or usb jack.

doesnt sound like a software problem to me at all. sounds like something is wrong with the source (ie as i said with the ports or with electrical interference)
