So the pc fails to boot when it is warm/hot?

And the VGA LED is on.

Check that the GTX 1060 is firmly seated and not able to move as it warms up.

Likewise for other components and cables.
Already checked everything like cables and disassemble n assemble all the components still same problem.
Run 2 hours GPU stress test no crash but again when I rebooted my pc there id no display and ez debug VGA led on.

Remove the GTX 1060 and use the motherboard's video port that matches the current connection (DVI, HDMI, VGA) to the monitor.

If the problem continues try other ports and monitors. Be sure to use known working video cables.

Need to narrow down the problem to GPU, Motherboard, or even monitor.

Actually Ryzen 5 1500X has no integrated graphics and so I motherboard's video output ports are useless.

Apologies - missed that somewhere along the way.....

Do you have another GPU that you can test on the motherboard? Perhaps borrow a GPU from a family member or friend.

If other GPU's "fail" then the problem is likely the motherboard.

Remember to test the monitor as well. Ensure that the monitor is working via another computer.

Work towards discovering a setup that works. Swap one component at a time to discover what component creates the problem.

Yeah, I have RX480 which was suffered with chessboard type pattern output.Last time when I checked that GPU it was working (boot windows with wierd 8 bit games like pattern).
I replaced my 1060 with RX480 same problem persist ( boot neither bios nor display) and ez debug led for VGA is on.
I think you are right, that's MoBo problem.
