Wierd question.. motherboad

i own a z77 motherboard.

When I turn on my PC I notice the motherboard looks like it's about to turn off but right about when its going to turn it turns on and continues. Technically nothing is happening during the process I can still see the bios loading up.

no my pc works fine..

I'm saying when I turn it on my PC looks like it's going to turn off but it resumes

I see the lights on my GTX 970 dinting away but it turns bright instantly this only happens when it turns on

I dont think thats normal and nothing to worry about the card is powering up.

What i meant was its normal for a card to react like that on powering up no need to worry.(sorry I was half asleep when i wrote that)

If the lights on the card are designed to glow at different brightness under different conditions, then it sounds like the same thing as often happens with my case & card fans - they all come on full blast for the first instant of turn-on and then calm down during boot up when the motherboard applies its fan-speed management.

If there's nothing else strange about the system, you've nothing to worry about.
