So once I get my new PC my older one is gonna move to the floor below.
The router is in my room and the new PC will be connected to it through ethernet, and since I can't drill the floors so that the old one in the living room will be connected through ethernet as well I'm looking for advice in getting a USB Wifi adapter.

I have my laptop in the living room as well which is connected through wifi and it has really great signal (4 bars if not 5) so I'm looking for something that will work well with in that distance.

Preferably through this way overpriced site: http://www.e-shop.gr/wifi-eksoplismos (sorry its not in english ><).

These two have good reviews: http://www.e-shop.gr/tp-link-tl-wn722n-150mbps-high-gain-wireless-n-usb-adapter-p-PER.612420
http://www.e-shop.gr/netis-wf2119s-150mbps-wireless-n-usb-adapter-p-PER.615674
but I'll be damned if I understand a thing about their specs and stuff.

The PC has W7 Ultimate 64bit on it, it's older than 7years old, and I'm not looking to spend any money on it, except maybe upgrade the RAM at 4GB at some point

Did you consider getting a powerline adapter? It's a good option if your in-wall power cables are in good condition. But one more condition needs to be met. Both adapters need to be on the same phase otherwise they will not work.

No 'cos I had to search and find out what a powerline adapter is, but seeing from the prices for a good one (which comes with 2 adapters and not just one) they are out of my price range and I need something fast.

Also I'm not sure, from a speed reading I did, what you mean about them being in the same phase

I mean that your electrical power is distributed either via a single phase or a 3 phase system. So if you have a 3 phase power delivery you need to assure that your powerline adapters are both on the same phase.

Oh yeah it's a 3 phase so I'll probably have to check how that will go, thank you for your help =D
