My laptop is having trouble securing our internet router connection via WiFi and I was thinking of getting an new WiFi Card. The laptop is Product number: 7MS68UT#ABA, and the Adapter listed in Device Manager is an Intel Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz. They aren't expensive but, when I looked on line for the part there are 2 HP P/N's - P/N L35284-005 with VPRO and L35282-005 that is non-VPRO. I don't know what VPRO is and am not sure which I should get.

Let me know your thoughts.

Informtion about this on parge 38 of this manual.

Does the WiFi adapter/your laptop connect to any otehr WiFi networks apart the one you're trying to connect to? As in on another touerte? Have you tried seeing if your laptop is pending a BIOS upadte? Have you tried removing the drivers off Device Manager and then manually reinstalling the latest driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

If you're intent on buying another wireless adapter to replace the one you currently have, disassemble the laptop and after locating the wireless adapter, order in the same P/N'd adapter. Chances are the adapter on your convertible, is the non-vPro version.
