Hi all,

I am looking to add a wifi adapter to my PC as I recently moved and I can't get a cable around the house to have wired internet, so I need a wifi adapter for my pc, as the USB one I have right now is not the best, as it makes my pc lag quite a lot while gaming or browsing.

I am looking for something quite budget (50-100 pounds) but powerful (for what I understood, it needs to be dual-band, 1900ac, even tho I am not 100% sure what it means). I don't know if it matters, but I would like something that can be extended, so it doesn't need to stick only behind my pc.

My motherboard is an ASUS H97-PLUS Intel Motherboard. If it cannot have a wifi adapter from a PCIe, a good USB one is fine as well, but I would prefer, PCIe.

Those are the ports in my pc (PCIe 3 is used by the GPU)
1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 mode, gray)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (max at x4 mode, black)
2 x PCIe x1
2 x PCI

I am looking for fast internet, as I use this pc mostly for gaming.

Thank you!!
