Wifi Adapter Help

Hello i have a WiFi Adapter called Alfa AWUS036H and when i connect the adapter into a usb port it connects tries to install a driver and instantly disconnects and keep so on doing it again again until i disconnect it from the port i really dont know what to do i looked on youtube and other forums but none work please help

works with Win98SE/200/ME/XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Linux (kernel 2.6.6 and later) and Macintosh (OS version 10.4)

Apparently there are no Win10 drivers from my quick search.

but i tried it on my sister's laptop thats running win 10 64bit and it worked?
