Wifi adapter problem

Hi,

I recently bought my TP-Link archer T4U.

It doesnt recognize the USB. But it does recognize it on my laptop. I know because on my laptop it turns green and on my pc it doesnt

I use windows 10 and installed the drivers that came in the box. The driver utility says it doesnt recognize any usb adapters, or it didnt find any.

I dont have a wifi card built in, and the previous user only used ethernet.

I already reinstalled the drivers, so giving that answer wont help me

Not sure I get what you are doing and what is happening. What do you mean "it does not recognize the USB"? That's a wireless USB adapter, it has nothing it can recognize.

Is it not working on a computer? But it works on a laptop? Is that what you are saying? Have you tried other USB ports? Do other devices work in those USB ports OK?
