my recommendation is to stick with ethernet if you can. its faster and less prone to disruption

Had other models from TP-Link over the years when a wired connection wasn't available. Incredible signal strength and speed, won't fail you even for gaming.

I can't do that because my computer will be upstairs and my router is downstairs.
