Wifi/BT lan card

I installed an Intel WiFi/BT card on my c655d-s5302. Upon startup, I get the toshiba screen then a black screen with a cursor in upper left hand corner.

"a black screen with a cursor in upper left hand corner" means that OS is not found, you must have done something to HDD connection.
