wifi camera that needs NO smartphone to setup

I need a ip camera that I can setup using a windows 10 pc. I do not have a smartphone. I'd like to be able to set it up using a computer and view the camera using a computer running windows. Do they make such a camera ??????

I have this one, and I have set it up from a browser. There is a Chrome plugin for control. I suppose all IP cameras could be set up with a browser only, as long as you can obtain the IP address of the camera from your router (which is what the smartphone app is doing).

There is an app IP Centom in the Windows 10 store. It's not free tho

It may take a while to get it to work.

The first time I installed it, it wouldnt work / connect unless I gave it a blank username / password

Dont know if they've fixed it yet. I was using it with a Sannce 121AG wireless cam.
