Here I have a nice VAIO VPC Z11 laptop from 2010.
I wanted to replace the Intel 6200AGN WiFi card with a much faster 7625 card (both half size PCIE).
I have Win 11 on it, and it recognises the new card just fine and installed the drivers automatically.
However, it says that it's switched off by the hardware switch. Indeed, there is such a switch, but it's on (toggling it off and on makes no difference).
Can anyone figure out a way how I can get the system to get this card working?
