Wifi card choice

Hello, I recently built my PC but as of now I'm forced to use some wifi antenna that came with my ASUS z270e gaming motherboard. Right now it's sitting on top of my PC which just ruins the look of my setup (yes, I'm being a nitpick). I was wondering if maybe I can get a wifi card or something along those lines that will be internal instead of external? I just don't want a antenna sitting on top of my pc. Am I really stuck with this? Thanks

Yes, you are stuck with it, metal computer case would cut WiFi signal badly and possibly all the way. If it's close enough to your WiFi router you could just turn antenna down without loosing much of the signal.
