Question Wifi card not detected in PCIe x16 slot - HELP PLEASE

My motherboard (Asus PRIME B560M-A) does not detect my wifi card that I put in the PCIe x16_2 slot. I have a GPU (2070 super) in the PCIe x16_1 slot if that has something to do with it. Why doesn't my motherboard detect the wifi card? I have the TP-LINK TXE72E wifi card.

Is there any reason why you can't use the PCIe x1 slot since that's designed for a network card?

My graphics card is huge and it covers the PCIe x1 slot. The only slot i can use is the x16
