Question Wifi card not working?

I bought a computer from my friend's husband that he built. But it didn't have a wifi card so he gave me one to install into said computer. I got the drivers for the wifi card and installed them on my system but the card itself doesnt show up in the device manager. And my computer still only wants a wired connection to connect to the internet. I have an asrock motherboard and my wifi card is a Tenda model number:W322PV2.0 am I doing something wrong?
