Question WIFI cards

Can you use those WIFI cards without antennas in AM4 motherboards? (They look like mSATA drives)?

Antennas are necessary. Without them you'll have extremely weak (or no) signal reception.

My laptop doesn't use an antenna and gives perfectly good reception.

You can stuff a WiFi card into any MB with the appropriate interface. BUT! if you want to connect, use the antennes ;-)

In case when there is built-in wifi you would not need to use any additional adaptor to recieve the wifi signal.

No additional adapter necessary. Adapter is included with the motherboard. Antenna is included also.
